What is the best way to burn my candle for maximum results?
The key to getting an even and long lasting burn on your candle is you should trim the wick to about 1/4 inch long before each use. The first time you burn your candle, make sure to get a complete melt on top before extinguishing, this should be about 2-3 hours.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
We offer free shipping over orders of $60 or more.
Do you offer special pricing and shipping on larger orders?
Yes, please contact us at kim@ourheartnsoul.com for a special price and shipping on large or wholesale orders.
When I place my order how long before I get my candle(s)?
We make your candle per order to assure that you received a freshly poured candle. We will deliver your candle to the carrier wishing 1-3 business days of you placing your order. Depending on the carrier, and the distance from us they usually take to 2-5 days to ship.
What Carrier do you use?
We primarily like to use USPS Priority mail to have your candle arrive within a few days.
Do you ship everyday?
We like to ship orders early part of the week Mon-Wed depending on delivery location. We try to not have your order sit in a warehouse over the weekend to avoid unnecessary heat. In the summer months, this sometimes is unavoidable so we suggest if your candle arrives soft, let it harden before using.
What is your Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Given that our candles are handmade and custom, normally returns are not allowed. However, if you have any concerns regarding your order please contact us at Kim@Ourheartnsoul.com and we will be happy to make it right!
What color glass are the candles made in?
We try to use the same glass on each order of multiple candles. However due to the nature of the epicycle , we cannot guarantee that each candle will be the same size. Thats the beauty of a recycled glass!
